Consider this as something between yourself and Rob. --- Brain and Spine Foundation --- Their mission is to improve the quality of life of people affected by neurological problems by providing expert information, support and education. Robert's cause of death was a relative rarity, affecting at most a tenth of a percent of us. It came suddenly and without warning, leaving no time to prepare or say farewell. A donation here would help those who survive such incidents. --- Woodland Nook Cat Rescue --- Robert loved his cat overlords, acting as minion to three during his life. Hazel and Murray came together as siblings in 1995, just 4 years after he moved in to his forever home. Manko arrived in 2009. We're not 100% certain where they were rescued from, but we think it was Woodland Nook. The work of independent cat sanctuaries such as Woodland Nook save so many cat lives and bring joy to those agreeing to minionship.
